  1. Survival Tips for New Gym Goers First of all, congratulations on getting that gym membership or taking the oath to go to the gym regularly. We hope your spirit stays high and you end up developing a habit out of it. It can be a bit entering a gym on an everyday basis when they are filled with seasoned workout people.
