December Interact News: Hour Tracking and Upcoming Service Projects

Soon, you can check your hours turned in to the BRHS Interact Club via a spreadsheet sent by email and on the school website. If you'd prefer not to have your hours posted, notify Kaia by the end of break. We're also conducting a survey to evaluate how we're meeting your needs—please fill it out and add comments on the back. Join us in community service activities this month, including the Salvation Army Bell Ringing, donating children's books, and the upcoming New Year’s Eve Race. Enjoy your winter break!

  2. Hours Records • Soon you will be able to check how many hours you have turned in to the club. • This spreadsheet will be sent via e-mail and school website only. • If you do NOT want your hours poster, let Kaia know by the end of break.

  3. Survey Please fill out the paper survey. This will let us know how things are going this year and if we are meeting your needs. Please feel free to add any comments to the back of the sheet. A board member will collect them at the door on your way out

  4. Projects • Salvation Army Bell Ringing (now-Christmas) • BRHS Interact will be sponsoring a child’s holiday gifts • Donate gently used books children’s books to Newman’s classroom (#164) by the end of January. 5 books in a plastic bag with your name on it and a signature for an hour. • New Year’s Eve Race in Brambleton December 31st • Color Run registration opening in January • 2014 Mardi Gras Carnival on Feburary 22, 5-9pm.
