  2. The TBR Central eSHOP site is customized on a per-user basis. The tabs, screens and ordering of information is based on the roles and access level assigned to the user.

  3. The number and type of navigation tabs that show up across the top of the screen are dependent on the users role and access permissions. Users are allowed to customize the order of navigation tabs, so frequently used tabs can be accessed quickly.

  4. To customize the order of navigation tabs, go to Profile, then User Settings, then Navigation Setup. The navigation tabs can also be changed by clicking on the Customize tab from the navigation tabs bar.

  5. Not all users will have access to all navigation tabs. The navigation tabs described on the following pages are the ones most users will find.

  6. Navigation Tabs: Home/Shop – The Home/Shop tab provides access to the Home/Shop page which is the starting place for the shopping process. This page provides a display of the catalog suppliers, and provides access to the commonly used forms and the non-catalog suppliers. Favorites – The Favorites tab is used to create and define shared and personal favorite folders and items. Forms – The Forms tab can be used to access forms that you do not see on the Home/Shop page. Carts – The Carts tab provides access to your shopping carts and allows users to create new carts, view and/or edit current carts or delete current carts.

  7. Navigation Tabs continued: Document Search – The Document Search tab allows users to search among the documents that they created. Please note, certain roles allow certain users to search among all documents (not just the ones they created). Profile– The Profile tab allows the user to make changes to their own profile (phone number, email, security question, etc..). Customize – The Customize tab takes the user directly to the Navigation Setup and allows the user to customize the navigation tabs bar. Approvals – Users who have approval authority will have an Approvals tab. This tab displays the requisitions and purchase orders that are awaiting approval by that particular user.
