  3. Symbols Idaho’s symbols are : • A white pine tree • Hangman horse fossil • Mountain bluebird • Appaloosa horse • Here we have Idaho • Cutthroat trout • Square dance Those are all of Idaho's symbols that I could find.

  4. The Nickname Idaho's nickname is the Gem state because of all of the gems they have.

  5. Statehood Idaho was first founded in 1890 July third it was the forty-third state to join the united state.

  6. Population In the year 2000 there were 1,293,953 people in Idaho that is the most it has ever had.

  7. Natural Resources Farming is important in Idaho their biggest crop is potatoes. Other resources are: Hay, barley, and sugar beets there are many others but I chose to list these.

  9. Famous People • There are a couple of famous people that lived in Idaho and I will list them. Here they are: • Gutzon Borglum he was a sculptor of mount Rushmore. • Philio Farnesworth he was the inventor of television. • Harmon Killebrew he was a professional basketball player.

  10. Famous People Part 2 More famous people are: • Sacagawea a native American guide for explorers Lewis and Clark. • Picabo street he was a gold medal skier.

  11. The History of Idaho People have lived in Idaho for more than 14,00 Years. The Louisiana purchase included Idaho. Idaho’s first ever town was named franklin. In the Nez Perce Indian war they walked the ground of Idaho and Montana.
