CONCLUSIONI • Sovrappeso e obesità pediatrica: • prevalenza in aumento • associazione diretta tra pressione arteriosa e grado di adiposità • ruolo dell’adiposità addominale • Rischio CV in età prepuberale: differenze tra sessi • rilevanza di fattori biologici e di fattori “culturali” • Prevenzione precoce: • necessaria • preferibile il population approach rispetto all’high risk approach
