Decision to keep VCS-2 structural support • Cryomagnetic system – weight increase of 38kg • magnet endurance – improved by 7%. • Calls for target weight revision for several subsystems: • ECAL weight savings – 6 kg; • TRD Gas system – reduce amount of Xe by 24(?) kg; • Contingency – decrease by 8 kg. AMS weight

  3. Recent magnet updates • Vent pump – weight increase by 18 kg • CCEB – weight increase by 2 kg AMS weight

  4. Recent Electronics weight updates • Cable weight increase by 8kg • AMSW cables –37kg; • Power cables (xDR-xPD) – 17kg; • Power cables (PDS-xPD) – 8kg; • Other cables (CAN, LB, ROEU, …) – 6kg. • Mounting fixtures weight increase by 5kg • To accommodate for cable support fixtures and for more patch-panels. AMS weight
