File entities (Global Variables) • Ticket # USA 3121880 • Description: • The "Using Shared Variables" procedure (File entities) in the "GDE Processes & Procedures" document does not work. • Impact: • Low – Cross-document use of global variables is low for projects planning to convert in GDE 1.0 timeframe. • Plan to resolve: • Replace entities-based configuration with element-based global variables in GDE 1.1. • Status: • Assigned

Authoring stylesheets - links • Ticket # USA 3121887 • Description: • DCAM links do not display the target link text; author does not see what element text is being referred to unless they hover the cursor over the DCAM link and read the Name attribute. • Impact: • Medium – Usability/ease of use issue. • Plan to resolve: • Update authoring stylesheets to display link text for GDE 1.0 deployment. • Status: • Assigned

Permissions for SME lifecycle • Ticket # USA 3121894 • Description: • Cannot change states using the SME lifecycle in ecmstag2 docbase due to permissions issues. • Impact: • High – State changes required to ultimately move document into Publishing state • Plan to resolve: • Permissions issues fixed. • Ticket status: • Assigned .. to be closed

  5. ks_module & ks_publishable lifecycles not available • Ticket # USA 3121895 • Description: • Ks_module and ks_publishable lifecycles not implemented in ecmstag2 docbase. • Impact: • Medium – These lifecycles are to be used by groups not using the SME lifecycle • Plan to resolve: • Lifecycles to be implemented for GDE 1.0 deployment • Status: • Assigned

Infocategory not available • Ticket # USA 3121896 • Description: • Cannot store documents under <DocNumber>/<InfoCategory> in ecmstag2 docbase. • Impact: • Succession cannot store modules grouped by InfoCatgory in Documentum. Required for building information sets by modules. • Plan to resolve: • Fixed and tested. • Status: • Assigned .. to be Closed

DCAM configuration • Ticket # USA 3121898 • Description: • DCAM Explorer folders not consistently implemented across MTBI and Non-MTBI. • Impact: • Low – usability issue • Plan to resolve: • Reconfigure DCAM server to align folder structures, ie. Graphics subfolder, etc. • Status: • Assigned .. Closed? (confirm with Malcolm)
