  2. Feedback and Marking Champions • Someone who can mark in every class from Early Years to 6th Form through PMLD, MLD and EBD • A ‘real life’ TA! Someone who understands what TA1’s are going through • Effective use of TA’s across the 2 sites • In house training via communication with Class Leads and SBL

  3. Potential Barriers • Quality designated time with teacher • Expectations of teaching assistants • Understanding needs of children and young people in terms of next steps and progression • Lack of training

  4. What Ofsted looked for… • We are very proud to have recently received an Outstanding grade at both GANF schools.
