  2. Main Duty • Whole class support • Within Humanities Subjects • Two week timetable = 50 Lessons • Mainly KS4 Students

  3. Administrative Duties • Five Departments • Databases • School system SIMs • Letters • Store rooms • Order resources

  4. Administrative Duties continued.. • Admin for Head and Deputy Head of Humanities Faculty • Assist with admin for School Trips • Liaise with Finance • Assist with collapse days (PSHE) e.g debating on whether to bring back hanging

  5. Pastoral Duties • Attached to Year 11 • Assemblies • Cover AM or PM Registrations • Collect work for excluded students • Take minutes at Year Team meetings

  6. Other Duties Include… • Supervision & Duty in Library • Duty in Curriculum Support at Lunch • Assist with Exams • On Rota to take one cover lesson per day – more within Faculty if trip out

  7. Qualifications • Qualified Teaching Assistant with • Level 2 and Level 3 Qualifications also Level 4 i.e. HLTA Qualification The Higher Level Teaching Assistant Certificate • Full time/36 Hours per week
