This study examines the immune response of naive infected mice 24 hours after a challenge, focusing on the levels of IFNγ produced as part of the adaptive response. Additionally, we analyze CFSE-labeled splenocytes from cured animals to assess their proliferation and effector function post-infection. These supplementary files provide crucial insights into the dynamics of the immune response and the effectiveness of the cure in eliminating the infection while assessing the memory response of the immune system.
