Demographic Profile • 84% family households, ½ with children • Growing average household size – 4.07 • Median income ($40,000) below County, yet decreasing lower income, increasing moderate and upper income households • 37% large households (5+ members), ½ renters. Shortage of large rental stock. • 17% senior households, ¼ renters (260 households). 4 senior projects provide 114 rental units.
