  2. 34 Comments Submitted In Recent Letter • Thanks For Taking Our Comments • The City Should Be Declared “Built-out” • San Sebastian Demonstrates Failure • Only Moulton/Santa Maria Have Potential – Minimal • Traffic, Water, And Other Major Infrastructure Issues • Development Of New Housing Should Be Limited To Only Replacement Of Existing Housing Units • Housing Element Should Reflect This Condition And Plan • Our City Housing Is Designed For Seniors • Fixed Low Incomes • Many Amenities Are In >30% Housing Cost • Current Housing Stock Supplies A Critical Need • Forefathers Were Solving These Housing Needs Long Ago • Low Vacancy Rates Demonstrate Affordability

SOS in Laguna Woods Background • SOS Non-profit Community Organization • Formed September 2007 • To Help Residents • Understand And More Actively Participate In City Government • Particularly With Regard To Changes Within The General Plan And Zoning • Feel Strongly That Undeveloped Land Is A Vital Community Asset • Should Remain Undeveloped Unless The Majority Of Residents Vote Otherwise. • LWV “Official” Club • Membership, Charter, Meets Sundays Before PAC Meeting • Not Affiliated With Any Other Club Or Organization • Currently A Wide Interest Within Community
