Statement of Problem • Pitt’s Recreational Facilities: • Some are outdated • Lacking facilities possessed by other comparable universities • Within Trees Hall (Large Gym): • No storage space for personal belongings • Broken bleachers • No seating for people watching game • No seating for people waiting to play
