  1. Yearbook “Extended Edition” Spring Supplemental Information 2011-2012

  2. What is the “Extended Edition”? • a section of the yearbook created after the main yearbook is submitted to the plant • the “EE” can be taped within your yearbook once you receive it

  3. Why have an “EE”? • Allows students access to events, sports, etc., that occur after the mid-March deadline for yearbook submission • Especially valuable for seniors and students who will not return to AHS next year

  4. What will be included? • Spring sports photos (candid and team) • Spring musical photos • Senior Prom (Note: Junior Prom will be in next year’s yearbook in the Senior section.) • Graduation • Other misc. events since mid-March

  5. When do I receive the “EE”? • the all-color “EE” will be available approximately 6-8 weeks after submission • (tentatively) late July or early August

  6. How much is the “EE”? • $15

  7. How do I order one? • If you have already ordered a yearbook, order the “EE” through Ms. Abernethy in room D219. Checks can be made out to “AHS Yearbook” for $15; please write “Extended Edition” in the “memo” section of the check • If you have not yet ordered a yearbook, you can still order yearbooks online, along with the “Extended Edition.”

  9. I can’t remember if I ordered a yearbook or an “EE”! • Don’t panic! • Email or call Ms. Abernethy; she has records of all current orders
