  1. INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION FROM ONE PROVIDER EAST ELECTRIC SYSTEMINTEGRATOR & SALES PARTNER MARTIE- 2013

  2. OMEGA MODULE EAST ELECTRIC

  3. MARKETING REQUIREMENTS Customer‘s vision Low dead mass to be moved Drive mounted in a stationary position High dynamics Optimal running with high repeat accuracy and rigidity Customized, ready-to-install linear axes in freely configurable lengths to 5,500mm and selectable standard options Combination options and system solutions Complete delivery, including motor, controller, and control system Reduced, efficient engineering via suitable motors, attachments, and CAD tools Cost-efficient maintenance thanks to central relubrication options Our solution Omega Module from Bosch Rexroth EAST ELECTRIC

  4. THE BENEFITS AT A GLANCE • Open choice of installation position • Suitable as a vertical axis with high dynamics due to the low dead mass to be moved, since the drive is mounted in a stationary position • Sinks for centering rings in the main body and end plates (Easy-2-Combine) for mounting gripper systems and for multi-axis construction • Adjustable sensors/switches across the entire travel path • Analog accessories and attachments • Mounting of other-make motors also possible (upon request) EAST ELECTRIC

  5. FEATURES • Mounting with centering countersinks • From above (with clamping fixtures) or • On the sides (with threads) • Clamping element • Optional • Holds position at a standstill • When de-energized: clamping function • Shock absorbers • Optional • Prevent the mechanics from being destroyed • Not suited for continuous operation! Pneumatic clamping unit EAST ELECTRIC

  6. CONNECTION CHARACTERISTICS • Direct connection of • Grippers • Rotary Modules • Connection plate for installation of • Compact Module • Linear Module • Feed Module • Direct connection of • MSC Module EAST ELECTRIC

  7. INDUCTIVE AND MECHANICAL SWITCHES • Switch mounting on moved table part • Inductive or mechanical switches on the main body • Switching via switching lug on table part • Analogous to MKx series • Switch mounting on stationary table part • Inductive or mechanical switches on the table part • Switching via switch strip on the main body EAST ELECTRIC

  8. KEY TECHNICAL FIGURES Nominal sizes • OBB 55; OBB 85; OBB 120 Maximum length • 5,500 mm (freely configurable) Maximum drive torque • 154 Nm Maximum axial force • 2,850 N Maximum speed • 5.0 m/s Maximum acceleration • 50 m/s2 Repeat accuracy • ± 0.1 mm Ambient temperature range in °C • 0 to +40 EAST ELECTRIC
