Effective Maintenance Tips for Industrial Air Coolers!

Similarly, industrial air coolers also necessitate maintenance on a regular basis to keep the cooler clean and hygienic. Following are quick maintenance guidelines for Industrial Air Coolers before summers, during the season, and after summers: Before Summers—  Before the summer begins, remove all the panels and clear the debris collected in the water pan. This would ensure that clean water is touching down at the pads and is not gumming up by dust. Regularly lubricate the blower with oil. Ensure that the pads are in a good condition. If they look shabby or worn, replace is instantly. Switch on the cooler motor and the pump. Then check if the pads are getting stuffed evenly. Do check for leaks as well. And, if your notice the holes, call a mechanic immediately.    During Summers—    Vacant the cooler tank and clean it thoroughly on a monthly basis Disinfect the coolers regularly – between 2 to 4 months Check water level on a regular basis. After Summers--  As soon as you are sure that the cooler is no more required this season, winterize it properly. The gained mineral deposits must be thoroughly cleaned, so that it isn’t solidified during winter. Clean the tray and drain the water completely, dry it out.
