Integrated Delivery Model for Community Services: Enhancing Collaboration and Resource Sharing

The Integrated Delivery Model (CSIDM) revolutionizes community service delivery by promoting shared resources and collaborative partnerships. The Community Services Centre (CSC) provides a centralized space for various service providers, fostering efficiency in operations. Managed by a Designated Service Provider (DSP), the CSC operates under a subsidized user pays system, ensuring sustainable funding for its activities. Supported by a diverse range of compatible organizations, the model establishes a robust network dedicated to improving community services through shared goals and resources.
