The checklist screen will display a list of documents that will need to be downloaded, printed, completed and mailed to TDA in order for the CE or site applications to be approved. • If your application packet shows a red check next to Checklist Summary, you will need to reconcile the items on the Checklist screen prior to submitting your application for approval.
