  8. Pranayam: Every Saturday 8am • You are invited to join in learning the ancient science of Yoga and Pranayam Weekly sessions starting at 8.00 am sharp. Panditji, Ajit Jaggi and Dr.Rama Sood will take turns in leading.   Preparation: Empty Stomach and loose clothing. Yoga mat or thick Bed Sheet.Goals: Learning the correct technique of Pranayam. The practice of Pranayam has gained Worldwide recognition for curing incurable diseases and other human  maladies.

  9. Indian Independence Day celebration Flag Hoisting took place on Wednesday, August 15th at the Temple Premises @ 6:00 p.m. It was organized by Dr.Satish Sood on the behalf of India Association. Former UT president Dr.Johnson and representative of Governor of Ohio. Program was well attended and appreciated by the community. Inspirational and informative speech was given by Dr.OmSharma.

Temple Yatra October 5, 6 and 7, 2007 • We visiting temples at Cleveland, Shiva Vishnu Temple, Vraj, Srinathji Temple, Allentown, Swami Narayan Temple, Pittsburgh, Sri Venkateswara Temple and Hindu Jain Temple. • Bus reservation for 'Yatra' has been made. Full fare needs to be paid prior to Sept.5. Devotees who have signed up, need to make payments asap:$150.0 per person to the 'HinduTemple' .
