  4. FY14 State Performance Targets Indicator: 1P1: 77.00% (flat) 2P1: 42.50% (renegotiated from 45.50%) 2P1: 41.95% for FY13 3P1: 71.00% (flat) 4P1: 78.00% (.75% increase) 5P1: 24.00% (.25% increase) 5P2: 21.75% (.25% increase)
