  3. 2014 Vehicle Contracts For the 2014 Model Year the Division of Purchasing is currently working on the establishment of the following contracts: • Statewide - Passenger Cars • Statewide - Patrol Cars • Statewide - Passenger and Cargo Vans • Statewide - Light Duty Trucks • Statewide - Sport Utility Vehicles • The Division of Purchasing will also do spot bids (agency specific) throughout the year for various vehicles not included on the Statewide Contracts

  4. Statewide - Passenger Cars • Alternative Fuel Compact Sedan - Ford Focus or equivalent • Regular Fuel Compact Sedan – Ford Focus, Chevrolet Cruze, Dodge Dart or equivalent • Alternative Fuel Mid-Size Sedan – Dodge Avenger or equivalent • Regular Fuel Four Cylinder Mid-Size Sedan – Dodge Avenger, Ford Fusion, Chevrolet Malibu or equivalent • Alternative Fuel Full-Size Sedan – Chevrolet Impala Limited, Dodge Charger or equivalent • Regular Fuel Full-Sized Sedan – Chevrolet Impala, Ford Taurus or equivalent • Hybrid Mid-Size Sedan – Ford Fusion Hybrid or equivalent

Statewide - Passenger and Cargo Vans • Alternative Fuel 7 Passenger Mini Van – Dodge Grand Caravan or equivalent • Alternative Fuel Cargo Mini Van – Dodge Caravan Cargo or equivalent • Alternative Fuel 12 Passenger Van - Ford Econoline Wagon or Chevrolet Express • Alternative Fuel 15 Passenger Van - Ford Econoline Club Wagon or Chevrolet Express • Alternative Fuel Full Size Cargo Van – Ford Econoline Cargo or Chevrolet Express Cargo

Statewide - Light Duty Trucks • No Compact Trucks OR Mid-Size Trucks Offered By Ford, Chrysler or GM for 2014 Model Year – Will Pursue Contracting With Toyota, Nissan, etc. • Alternative Fuel Half Ton Trucks (regular cab, extended/super cab, crew cab, 4x4, 4x2) - Chevrolet Silverado 1500, Dodge Ram 1500 (Only Alternative Fuel in V6 Engine), Ford F-150 • Three Quarter Ton Trucks (regular cab, extended/super cab, crew cab, 4x4, 4x2) – Chevrolet Silverado 2500 FFV, Ford F-250 FFV, Dodge Ram 2500

Statewide – Sport Utility Vehicles • Sport Utility (4x4, 4-cylinder) – Jeep Patriot, Jeep Compass, Ford Escape, Ford Explorer, Ford Edge, Chevrolet Equinox, Chevrolet Captiva or equivalent • Sport Utility (4x4, 6-cylinder) – Jeep Cherokee, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Ford Edge, Ford Explorer, Ford Flex, Chevrolet Equinox, Chevrolet Traverse or equivalent

  9. Time Frame on 2014 MY Contracts • Currently drafting RFP’s (Truck, SUV’s, Passenger Car and Passenger/Cargo Vans) and will be issued by the end of August • Bids due by Mid-September • Awards made in November

  10. Roll-over Option Period • Currently there are vehicles available for purchase through the roll-over of the model year 2013 vehicle contracts. The roll-over allows the State of Missouri state agencies and cooperative entities to purchase 2014 model year vehicles at the 2013 model year prices. More information on the vehicles that have been rolled over can be found at http://oa.mo.gov/purch/ or by contacting Cale Turner. The following slide summarizes what is available currently through the roll-over option.

Roll-over Option Period • Passenger Cars (Roll-Over Expires December 31, 2013) • 2014 Chevrolet Impala – Alternative Fuel • 2014 Dodge Avenger – Pending Approval From Contractor • Patrol Cars (Roll-Over Expires September 30, 2013) • 2014 Chevrolet Caprice 9C1 • 2014 Chevrolet Impala Limited 9C1 • 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe PPV • 2014 Dodge Charger Police • 2014 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan and Utility • Passenger Vans (Roll-Over Expires December 31, 2013) • 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan – Alternative Fuel – Pending Approval From Contractor • 2014 Dodge Caravan Cargo – Alternative Fuel – Pending Approval From Contractor • 2014 Ford Econoline 15-Passenger Van Extended Length Van – Alternative Fuel • 2014 Ford Econoline Cargo Van – Alternative Fuel - Pending Approval From Contractor • Light Duty Trucks and Sport Utility Vehicles (Roll-Over Expires December 31, 2013) • 2014 Ford F-150, 4x2, Regular Cab, Alternative Fuel - Pending Approval From Contractor • 2014 Ford F-150, 4x2, Extended Cab, Alternative Fuel – Pending Approval From Contractor • 2014 Ford F-150, 4x4, Regular Cab, Alternative Fuel – Pending Approval From Contractor • 2014 Ford F-250, 4x2, Regular Cab • 2014 Ford F-250, 4x4, Regular Cab • 2014 Ford Escape, 4x4 – Pending Approval From Contractor

Cooperative Agency Use of Contracts • Cooperative Procurement Information can be found on the Division of Purchasing website at the following address: http://www.oa.mo.gov/purch/coop.html • Any cooperative procurement member may use State of Missouri Statewide contracts as long as the contractor agrees to it. (Indicated on Statewide Contract Notice) • Cooperative agencies must pay a delivery cost and may be subject to special payment terms when utilizing State of Missouri vehicle contracts.
