Instructions • 1. Enter all your details onto your IDP; name, DOB, picture, age group etc. • 2. Players, from the key areas listed on the following pages - please list three skills in each of the following 4 corners: • Technical • Tactical • Physical • Psychological/Social • that you think are important to your personal game [areas of improvement & areas of enhancement]. • 3. Type those 12 key points into the boxes in the bottom left corner of your IDP

Psychological/Social Pick 3 • Intelligence- Game craft • Vision- See the next pass and other players in positions, be aware of what’s around you • Composure- To control situations, to remain calm and not become uptight • Leadership- To guide others on/off the field, to help motivate and inspire others • Communication- To talk on and off the pitch and help each other • Decision Making- Determine in advance what you are going to do • Drive- , eager to improve, dedication, desire, self motivator, mentality to deal with duals. • Coachability- Prepared to learn, achieve goals and set targets, self motivated, interested, discuss problems, concentration, disciplined.
