Key Updates on Committee Activities and Changes

Agenda • Barb Sheeley is retiring in June • Ron Carson from Boeing will be interim Committee lead • Joint paper with Mission Analysis has been delivered • Summary of April meeting • SoS Webinars • Army use of DoDAF to set up Forward Operating Bases • Future tasks: • Meet and plan with M&S and Test • Participate in SE Division sponsored Risk Workshop

Meeting Minutes • Attendees: Barb Sheeley, Ron Carson, Bob Epps, Steve Dam, Jack Zavin, Al Brenner, Tom Murphy • Please review the attached presentation (PdD CBI) in light of our previous Utility of DoDAF paper (All) • Encourage your communities to submit abstracts for Oct conference (All) • Walt Okon has retired; suggestion is that Michael Wayson replace him as our committee’s Gov’t POC • Steve Dam / Ron Carson reach out to him to invite him to attend one of our bi-weekly meeting • Also request from him a copy of the DoDAF/Phil Zimmerman briefings • Suggestion for working with M&S is around their task of identifying “Essential Elements of a System Model” • Ron Carson will send out new meeting notice information
