  2. Documents • Vein Preservation (Practitioner Education) • Draft document put together by PractEd group • Materials reviewed and changes incorporated • Ready for final review; will plan to upload to new website

Payer Education Packet • Program Operations suggested a brief packet of information on AVFF for payers • Sample contains: • Introductory letter explaining FFBI Coalition • Cost data (AVF vs. grafts or catheters) • P4P summary document • FFBI recommendations • Sample RVU chart (reviewed by Clinical Practice)

  4. Community Education • Postcard to announce FFBI website • Seek distribution avenues using entire coalition • NEED TO CONTINUE SPREAD OF ALL FFBI MESSAGES!!

  5. On the Horizon • Continue to track website usage • Modifications to the Marketing print materials for additional non-renal audiences • Further development of speaker’s bureau, beginning with Coalition leaders and active members.
