  4. LEI DE DIRETRIZES E BASES DA EDUCAÇÃO NACIONAL (LDBEN 4024-61) Após 13 anos de discussão, esta foi a primeira Lei brasileira exclusivamente educacional. Foi também a primeira a englobar todos os graus e modalidades de ensino, evidenciando a tão desejada organização educacional e articulação entre os graus de ensino. Tinha seus objetivos inspirados nos princípios de liberdade e solidariedade humana (PILETTI, PILETTI, 1990).
