stell dir mal vor. ....du gehst früh Morgens in deine Parkgarage, freust dich weil alle anderen, die keine Parkgarage haben,  eiskratzen müssen und du dich einfach in dein Auto setzten und losfahren kannst. Du machst die Tür zur Garage auf und. (So sieht ein Wasserrohrbruch bei -25 °C aus....).
