Dowel perf – 10 yr follow-up

This case report details the 10-year follow-up of a female patient aged 40 who required revision of teeth 24 and 25 before crown placement. The case presented a previously treated iatrogenic perforation on the mesial aspect of tooth 24. The perforation was addressed by treating it as a canal and sealing it using lateral condensation, alongside the main canal. The patient has maintained the treatment successfully for ten years, demonstrating a notable deviation in the dowel space since the initial 1996 treatment.
