Amount of productivity? • Set your goals for your term as an E-Board • Two Types of goals: • Outcome Goals: What you want to accomplish overall (ex. Raise $600 for PTP) • Process Goals: The smaller goals/steps to accomplishing an outcome goal (Raising $50 a month) • Define your expectations as an E-Board • Establish an environment where all board members feel responsible for team performance • Learn to manage your time wisely

  8. Communication • Create a climate of trust with open and honest communication • Ethical communication • Effective problem solving and critical thinking • Be able to analyze a problem and come up with a solution • Consensus Building • Look beyond the majority vote and make sure that everyone understands and comes to terms with the decision being made.

  9. Team Building Exercise Questions Only. • Two people will be given a Circle K scenario where they will only be allowed to ask each other questions.
