  17. BOARD ACTION REQUESTED • Approval and Execution by the Mayor of Contract for Sale and Purchase and Holdover Agreement between Greater Orlando Baptist Association Holding Co., Inc. (f/k/a Wekiwa Baptist Association Holding Company, Inc.) and Orange County, and approval of Warranty Deed from Greater Orlando Baptist Association Holding Co., Inc. (f/k/a Wekiwa Baptist Association Holding Company, Inc.) to Orange County, and authorization to disburse funds to pay purchase price and closing costs and perform all actions necessary and incidental to closing. • Utilize approximately $150,000 for site cleanup and repairs.
