  1. WELCOME TO THE HEALTHCARE UPDATE FOR JUNE 2006

  2. The ELA dental health project continued in June The staff of both Hephzibah and Hope Heaven continually received dental health service in June.

  3. The ELA Dental Health Project came to Hanzhong Shekinah Shalom on June 26th 2006. 56 children and staff of the Shekinah Shalomreceived dental health service from June 26 to June 30, 2006.

  4. The training on dental health began at 2:30pm on 27 June 2006

  5. Small surgeryon June 22nd 2006.

  6. Jeremy and Ayi from Hephzibah were quarantined at HSC for mumps infection. They have recovered now after 2 weeks treatment.

  7. This is my contribution to HSC for taking good care of me.

  8. Caleb, a little boy of Hope Heaven with brocholitis, was brought to HSC in the same day . Lily, a little girl of Hope Heaven with Congenital heart disease, was brought to HSC on June 16th 2006 because of brocholitis. They both have recovered and returned to their home on June 23rd 2006.

  9. Johanna and Joline,the nurses of HSC, shared the topics of Women’s Health & Family Planning with the carers of Hephzibah and Hope Heaven. Well done !

  10. The case discussion for professional development was made by HSC doctors and nurses after every patient left .

  11. Yvonne left us for her hometown on June 19th 2006. Thanks a lot ! We appreciate Yvonne (Msia)’s involvement in healthcare and pharmacy. She has helped us in writing medicine protocols, updating inventories and teaching staff English .

  12. Team Building Activity --- June 8th 2006 HSC Lunch Outing. Aim: 1.to enjoy each others’ company and the food. 2.Not only working together, but also building up good relationship among us!

  13. HSC thank you for your ongoing support Current needs: • More financial support so that we can extend our services to more people in Xi’an and nearby places. • An overseas full-time doctor or committed part-time doctors to provide consistent medical care for our international community (General practitioners orPaediatricians).

  14. HSC thank you for your ongoing support Current needs: • A permanent International Communications Officer to liaise with overseas teams, visitors, and others doing Healthcare work.
