  1. Humble ISD Student Athlete Heart Screening Program Cardiovascular Association, P.L.L.C. We are pleased to announce the second heart screening program for Humble ISD student athletes and coaches. The heart screening is open to all middle school and high school student athletes and all district coaches. The cost is $100 per student athlete and coach. The comprehensive screening will be conducted by a cardiologist with Cardiovascular Association, P.L.L.C. and will include the following: - Focused history on cardiovascular systems - Focused physical exam on cardiovascular systems - EKG to look for heart abnormalities - Echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart) to look for structural abnormalities of the heart HEART SCREENING Saturday, April 16, 2011 8:00 am – 2:00 pm Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital 18951 Memorial North Humble, TX 77338 WEST ENTRANCE OF THE HOSPITAL Please call in advance to schedule your screening at 281.540.7167 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm.
