  3. Journals • Keep a notebook designated only to journal entries. • Each day we’ll • learn a vocabulary word • Review a Standard English skill • Then, you will write a paragraph (4-5 sentences) in which you use that word and that skill correctly. • I will check your journal once a week.

  4. Write in Full Sentences • Unless I tell you otherwise, I expect all your answers for my class to appear in complete sentences.
