  3. Strategy • To enhance the business relationship with Schmidt in Hong Kong & APM in Taiwan • To develop new partners in Taiwan for selling Psion products • To have more effort on warehouses in airport and port area • To provide support to partners for the retail, small warehouse

  4. Marketing Plan • To support Epcode of XT15 and Advantech product in airportand port warehouse project • To support Schmidt of Neo or EP10 for replace his existing Motorola project and develop retail market. • To promote Neo Batch mode for the replacement of MC1000 • To promote EP10 to field service market (include Logistic, Hospital, Exhibition …. etc) in H.K & Taiwan • To develop new software partner (e.g SAP, ERP & WMS software developer) for using Psion Product
