  2. FireRMS Mobile Inspections • Basic works the same as the full Occupancy Module • Has additional benefits

  3. FireRMS Mobile Inspections • On a mobile, you now have the Open Inspection button available to you. • Select the Action and then click the Open Inspection button

  4. FireRMS Mobile Inspections • You now have an easy to navigate form to fill out. • Using mostly taps of the screen, you can select the code that describes the problem you found • You can set the start and stop time. • Once the code is added, you can add a more detailed explanation in the Comments section

  5. FireRMS Mobile Inspections • Once completed with the inspection, you can click Show Report and now you can get a signature, or Finalize Report and Save • This is the time you can also review the report for accuracy

  6. FireRMS Mobile Inspections • You are now able to print your report, or you can print it later from the “Letters” tab in the Occupancy Module. • The Mobile report is able to customized to fit your departments needs.

  7. FireRMS Mobile Inspections • You are now able to add a Re-Inspection, or Exit the Inspection. • What happens when you click the Re-Inspection Button is customizable
