AKO-TOL Single Sign On (SSO) User Experience. Currently all Army Active Duty, Army Reserve and Army National Guard personnel (1+ million) have access to this SSO link. User logs in to their AKO Home Page. User can scroll down on home page and click on the SSO link there.

  1. AKO-TOL Single Sign On (SSO)User Experience Currently all Army Active Duty, Army Reserve and Army National Guard personnel (1+ million) have access to this SSO link.

  2. User logs in to their AKO Home Page

  3. User can scroll down on home page and click on the SSO link there

  4. After clicking the SSO link, the user is taken to the TOL banner page and “Agrees”

  5. After “Agreeing”, the user is presented with their TOL home page

  6. Alternately, the user can select “Self Service” and “My Medical”

  7. The user scrolls down on the “My Medical” page and clicks on the SSO link (the user then gets the TOL “I Agree” page followed by their TOL Home Page)
