Training and education on IP • Project put out to contract: Construction of different courses: • full range of contents: basic, specialized… • meeting different needs - groups of objects • Target: • programs (syllabus, means of providing service, teaching materials…) • experiment provision of programs for some 500-600 peoples

Training and education on IP • Status: Selected no projects • Reason: candidates fail to ensure objectives • Difficulties - common in IP training: • shortage of human resource • lack of methodology & practical experience of how to identify groups with different needs & corresponding contents, measures, modals of training • lack of academic scholars, so teaching materials

  16. Training and education on IP • Status: (2) • no program of IP education and training designed specifically for SME • programs focus only on legal assets, not economical or other aspects needed by SME

Training and education on IP • Hope of IP PANORAMA • model for countries to built up and run a similar program • provide training service for SME • Questions of exploitation IP PANORAMA • how to get access to the service (human, technical, financial resources needed) ? • how to mobilize capable and responsible org. (such as NOIP and ASMED) to exploit it fully ?
