  19. QUICK REVIEW • Installed plant capacity, fabrication and galvanizing  -  60,000 MT/Annum. Installed steelmaking capacity - 1,00,000 MT/ Annum.  • A certification of ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001 from DNV, Rotterdam only means the best and most efficient methods and practices are followed. • Plant area including hindrance-free storage area for Raw Materials and Finished goods  -  1,20,000 Sq m. • 14 Lines of CNC machines including automatic plate, drilling and sawing operations from FICEP S.p.A, Italy. • A modern and automatic Galvanizing Plant from GIMECO, Italy with a bath size of 10.5m x 1.2mx 2.4m deep having a throughput of 10MT per hour. • 10 overhead cranes including a 52 meters wide goliath crane in the finished material yard for smooth material handling. • In addition, 8 mobile cranes also to assist with loading/ unloading operations. • 3 rolling mills, producing angles from sizes of 45*30*4mm to    200*200*25mm at a capacity of 1,00,000MT/ year. • An area of 30 acres provides for more than sufficient space for fabrication, galvanizing, proto assembly and testing of tower parts. • All activities are ERP controlled. A team of highly experienced and skilled staff with experience ranging from 5 to     40 years run the unit, ensuring the best quality and customer satisfaction.
