Enhancements to Student Education Systems for 2011/12 at Leeds
The Leeds for Life initiative introduces numerous enhancements for the 2011/12 academic year aimed at improving student education and support. New features include a student dashboard, an online personal tutorial booking system, and tailored tutoring forms for Foundation Year and Lifelong Learning students. Additional capabilities like attendance monitoring, academic progress tracking, and the ability for graduates to share personal email addresses with tutors will streamline communication. Moreover, students can create and download a Living CV in PDF format, enhancing their academic profiles.

New for 2011/12: • New student dashboard • Online Personal Tutorial Booking System • Personal tutoring forms for Foundation Year students • Living CV and Personal tutoring forms for Lifelong Learning students • CJH students allocated to their new parent school - get the correct opportunities
New for 2011/12: • Flag indicates which forms have been submitted • Send message to absent tutee • Academic Progress shows which semester each module was taken in • Graduates can release personal email address to personal tutor • ‘Dummy accounts’ for a student, tutor and graduate on ‘History of Photography’.
Coming in 2011/12: • Tutor access attendance monitoring data • Save individual webforms as pdf • Tutors can send comments back to tutee when they submit webform • Dissertation Tutor ‘read only access’ • 'Leeds for Life Update' on staff dashboard • Students download Living CV as a pdf • School weblinks in Living CV can be different for different years
