  2. Definition • -When you want to tell someone what not to do • Ie: Don’t call after 10 pm.

  3. Formation • 1. yo form present tense: llamo • 2. remove the “o”: llam • 3. add the opposite present tense tú ending (-ar +es & -er/ir +as): llames • 4. no llames • Ie: Don’t call me after 10 pm: • No me llamesdespués de lasdiez de la noche

  4. comer • Ie: Don’t eat too much chocolate. • 1. como • 2.com • 3. comas • 4. No comas demasiado chocolate.
