This policy revision outlines significant changes to the Grading Procedures under Policy 7.10. Key modifications include the elimination of all references to NS grades, clarification of the grade grievance process language, and a reconsideration of the value of WP and WF grades, recommending their elimination due to declining usage and lack of impact on GPA. Responsibilities of the Chair of the Grade Appeal Hearing Committee have been defined, including term length and substitute assignments. Further recommendations include changes to the Incomplete Grade Policy language and updates regarding W grades.
