Surplus Plus: A New Beginning by Jeanne Renew, Erica Franco, Patricia Gomez, John Leonard & Cathe Lucas

We are a small family-owned company specializing in buying surplus items and selling them to the general public through local auctions. Our goal is to sell surplus to a larger audience, minimize operating costs, and boost merchandise sales. Our client needs to sell a limited number of hard-to-move items while minimizing advertising expenses and increasing future revenue. We identified the problem, framed it with objectives and constraints, and will use the Pro/Con approach for decision-making.
