Explore our comprehensive training programs designed to empower small-scale miners and young women in science. Our initiatives include an Artisanal Mining Jewelry Training, an ABET program for basic skills, and an upgrade program in Maths and Science for Grade 11-12 girls. We support various bursaries for undergraduate and postgraduate studies, promote engineering awareness through Mintek’s programs, and leverage R&D opportunities with Higher Education Institutions. Our goal is to nurture talent and ensure a high-level skills pipeline in the mining and engineering sectors.
