This report highlights seven years of service by TIAC, providing insights into library journals and e-journal access in Thailand. With an income of Baht 400,000, a total of 9,990 articles were printed. It discusses the availability of 2,000 Thai journals and the decline in article orders from BL due to increased subscriptions. The report emphasizes the importance of library networking and potential new members from various types of libraries. The necessity of balancing cost vs. benefits, along with future recommendations for improving journal access, is also addressed.
