The technological process of producing laminated veneer lumber consists of the following steps: Drying Timber passes full cycle drying for 10-12 days in special drying chambers, until they reach 10% ± 2% humidity. This is a crucial phase, since most pathogens and breeding grounds for wood worms are destroyed during heat treatment. Dry wood is better served for processing, distortions are eliminated, shrinkage of the house after construction is minimized. Joining of individual slats On special machines, the slats are connected to a mini pin. It is technologically possible to make glued slats with a length of up to 12 meters.
