  2. You Need Both Types of Storage • Keeping everything in-house is impractical. (financially, storage-wise,etc.,) • Keeping everything on the cloud is also impractical. (Important documents should be backed up in-house, or only in-house if they are very private in nature.)

  3. Cloud Paranoia is Unfounded • Note that when you are using a cloud service provider, this is their specialty. • They are trained to protect your information securely.

  4. Don’t be Un-prepared • Preparation – is key. The boy scouts got this one right. • Downtime is inevitable, make sure time-sensitive information or important documents are available in-house as well as the cloud.
