  3. All Serious Crimes In June 2012 there were no reports of the following crimes viz: Suicide, Attempted Suicide, Causing Death by Dangerous Driving, Buggery, Kidnapping, Administering Poison, Unlawful Sexual Intercourse, Indecent Assault, Forgery, Rape, Murder, Robbery and Arson

  4. All Serious Crimes Having reviewed the crime trend of June 2012, it can be shown that the amount of crimes that have occurred shows a slight increase. However when compared to the months of May 2011 and June 2011 the amount of serious crimes shows a steady increase.

  5. The hours at which Serious Offences occurred mostly for the month of June 2012, are 0700hrs, 1000hrs, 1400hrs, 1500hrs, 1900hrs,2000hrs and 2100hrs. • Serious offences occurred more often on Wednesdays and Fridays for the month of June 2012.

  6. Burglary Crimes involving Burglary for the month of June 2012 has shown a drastic increase and is above the Upper Control Limit.

Burglary There were Eleven (11) reports of Burglary Seven (7) occurred in the Cudjoe Head District Four (4) occurred in the Salem District Two (2) occurred at Brades One (1) occurred at Salem One (1) occurred at Olveston One (1) occurred at Lime Kiln One (1) occurred at Old Towne Two (2) occurred at Manjack One (1) occurred at Look Out One (1) occurred at Sweeney One (1) occurred at Nixon's Nine (9) Under inquires. Two (2) requested no further Police action

  8. Theft Crimes involving Theft for the month of June 2012 has shown a slight increase. However for the month of May 2011 and June 2011 crimes involving theft has shown a huge increase.

Theft There were Six (6) reports of Theft Four (4) occurred in the Cudjoe Head District Two (2) occurred in the Salem District Three (3) occurred at Brades One (1) occurred at St John’s One (1) occurred at St Peters One (1) occurred at Cork Hill Three (3) under inquires Two (2) requested no further police action One (1) was arrested and subsequently discharged

  10. Crimes involving Assault for the month of June 2012 has shown a slight decrease but remains under the control mean.

Assault There were Five (5) reports of Assault Three (3) occurred in the Cudjoe Head district Two (2) occurred in the Salem district Three (3) occurred at Brades Two (2) occurred at Salem One (1) request court action Two (2) requested no further police action Two (2) was given a stern warning

  12. Crimes involving Criminal Damage for the month of June 2012 has shown a slight increase compared to that of May 2011 and June 2011 which shows a huge increase.

  13. Criminal Damage There were Two (2) reports of Criminal Damage These occurred in the Salem District One (1) occurred at Olveston One (1) occurred at Lower Friths One (1) under inquires One (1) request no further Police action

  14. Wounding There was one (1) report of Wounding This occurred in the Cudjoe Head District One (1) occurred at St. John’s Two (2) were arrested, charged and bailed

  15. Intelligence Reports submitted by Departments It is observed that Shift 3 has produced 20 Intelligence Reports followed by Task Force with 9 for the month of June, 2012. All officers are still asked to produce information which is more detailed so as to ensure that more effective searches can be conducted which in turn would lead to arrests and successful convictions at Court.
