She likes to be well informed about her interests in detail. • Experience goals • She would enjoy to use software with relevant information • Wants to be aware of tools which are available to her. • End goals • Would like to be aided with tools to help her find resourceful information. • Help to aid with travelling • Life goals • To Be independent.   9. Jeremy • Occupation- Student • Interests: ancient lives ,e.g Vikings , Romans, Pharaohs. • Communication- high • Key goals • Jeremy is a university student who study’s history and sociology. In his free time he enjoys going to the museum with his friends and classmates. Jeremy not only goes to the museum in his leisure time but it also helps him gain knowledge in his respective filed. • Experience goals • To gain updates on activities and new events. • Would like an integrated system were he can communicate with his friends. • End goals • Would like to be aided with tools to help her find resourceful information. • Help to aid with travelling • Life goals • To have access to updates about local museums. Notes from museum Naiem- • From station used mobile phone to get to museum as I was lost • Entered the museum and looked for map leaflet • Wondered around randomly • Read through the signs which interested me • Used map to get to Africa section of museum • Used map to get to gift shop • Looked for toilet before leaving

  11. Notes from museum Mohammed Islam From the train station I knew how to get to museum from past experience however my friend took his mobile out for directions as he didn’t know. While getting inside the British Museum I and my friend just wondered around to see everything. We then took a map to see the exhibits we missed out. Looked at the maps for the toilets and the food court Wondered into the Egyptian exhibits then used map to find the exit but my friend looked at the signs for the way out Used map to get to gift shop
