  8. Reclassification Criteria: • Overall score of 4 or 5 on the CELDT (nothing less than a 3 on a domain) • Basic or higher on the ELA CST/CMA • Grades: • ELEM: Grade of 3 or 4 in ELA domains (LSRW) • SEC: Grade of “C” or better in English and/or Adv. ESL

Reclassification Criteria: • Overall score of 4 or 5 on the CELDT (nothing less than a 3 on a domain) • Basic or higher on the ELA CST/CMA • Grades: • ELEM: Grade of 3 or 4 in ELA domains (LSRW) • SEC: Grade of “C” or better in English and/or Adv.
