  1. WILO MVI Vertical Multi-Stage Pumps Multi-Stage Pumps for Commercial, Municipal and Industrial Applications Presentation Date – Revised Sept 2006

  2. Features and Benefits MVI • 100 % Stainless Steel Construction • Tungsten Carbide Intermediate Sleeve Bearings • Teflon seal rings at every stage • Teflon resistant to sticking and thermal shock • Same Flange Dimension as Competition • Tungsten Carbide Mechanical Seals (EPDM or Viton Fitted) • Two Flange Types – Model Dependant • 2 Bolt Oval Type – Companion Flange Threaded NPT • ANSI 300 Lb Round Flange for High Pressure Pumps • Uses STANDARD Baldor NEMA Frame Motors • Extra thrust bearing in the pump end • Ease of motor replacement (no shaft height to worry about) • Can use other motor manufacturers • Uses standard motor bearings – increases bearing life • Built in Priming Plug • Built in Air Venting Plug • Sleeve O Rings Eliminates Thermal Stress Leaks • Excellent Commercial Pump Warranty • 24 months from manufacturing, 18 months from installation

  3. WILO MVI Model Number System MVI30-12-1/A3/ES/3-575-21-0 • 30 = Nominal Flow Rate (USGPM) • 12 = Number of Stages • 1 = 304 Stainless Steel (100%) • A3 or O = Flange Type (Size Dependant) • A3 = ANSI 300 LB 8 Bolt • 0 = 2 Bolt Oval with NPT Threaded Companion Flange • E or O = Seal Type (S = Std non-cartridge type) • E = EPDM • O = Viton • 3 or 1 = Three or Single Phase (Coupling Type) • 575 = Motor Voltage (all typical voltages available) • 21 = Motor NEMA Frame Size • 21 = 213TC and 215 TC etc… • 0 or T = ODP or TEFC Motor

  4. MVI Available Models 6” Type

  5. MVI Submittal Data Sheet Example

  6. MVI Available Models 6” Type 6” Refers to the Sleeve Diameter on the Pump • MVI 10 (10 USGPM Nominal Flow Rate – flow range from 2 to 15) • Available # of stages from 2 to 16 - Shut off heads (stage dependant) from 80 to 750’ • Hp (stage dependant) from 0.75 to 5.0 Hp • MVI 15 (15 USGPM Nominal Flow Rate – flow range from 2 to 26) • Available # of stages 2 to 14 - Shut off heads from 100’ to 760’ • HP from 0.75 to 5.0 Hp • MVI 30 (30 USGPM Nominal Flow Rate – flow range from 3 to 44) • Available # of stages 2 to 14 - Shut off heads from 100 to 750’ • Hp from 1.0 to 7.5 Hp • MVI 50 (50 USGPM Nominal Flow Rate – flow range from 6 to 80) • Available # of stages from 2 to 11 – Shut off heads from 110 to 620’ • Hp from 2 to 10 Hp • MVI 80 (80 USGPM Nominal Flow Rate – flow range from 10 to 135) • Available # of stages from 2 to 6 – Shut off heads from 110 to 340’ • Hp from 3 to 10 Hp
