Volunteer Sign Up on PTO Website. www.cherokeebend.my-pta.org. Log-In . Click on Volunteers Tab . Click on Grade for you child . Below your child’s class/teacher name click on “Click here for the on-line schedule”. On the schedule click on “Click here to Volunteer” to sign up.

  2. Log-In

  3. Click on Volunteers Tab

  4. Click on Grade for you child

  5. Below your child’s class/teacher name click on “Click here for the on-line schedule”

  6. On the schedule click on “Click here to Volunteer” to sign up

  7. Miscellaneous • When you sign up your room parent will automatically receive an email about what you volunteered for. • Approximately 5 days prior to the event you will receive a reminder email. • 1 day before the event you will receive a final reminder email.

  8. Miscellaneous • If you need to cancel you can follow the same process and this time click on “CANCEL” in the cancel column. Your room parent will automatically receive an email that you cancelled. • YOU ARE READY TO VOLUNTEER NOW!
